You will be integrated into our backend team, you might soon be asked to become a team leader on a team developing a specific feature or component.
What we expect you to do
- Integrate into our local development team and work as one more valuable member of the team.
- Develop and test code for various system add on?s and enhancements to existing web-based systems.
- Develop following the CTO guidelines, although you will be encouraged to give us your view, and discuss implementation.
- Liaise with the CTO on a regular basis on progress and direction.
- Monitor issues and errors and apply fixes as necessary.
- Liaise with multiple departments and teams, including some potential integration meetings with partners outside Finance Technology and Tech Data.
- Other duties not necessarily related to development (such as reporting or data changes/data imports etc).
