We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketeer focused on Paid Search and Shopping to join the team!


**This position is available to work from our Lisbon office or remotely in the EU.

We make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable and delicious.


How We Do It


We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories, and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.


Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!


Job Overview


We are a fast growing B-Corp startup who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will design, implement and tweak campaigns that align with our business goals. Our ideal candidate has a solid Growth background and demonstrable experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will report to the Chief Business Officer and play a significant role shaping the company?s strategic planning.


Responsibilities


  • Plan, structure, and optimize campaigns to maximize learnings and reach growth goals across all Google?s channels (Search, Display, YouTube, etc)
  • Manage and allocate a large budget with focus on direct response and ROAS
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Spot trends and identify opportunities to continuously add business value
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends within performance marketing and independently learn new tools and tactics
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to team and stakeholders, turning performance marketing data into meaningful insights

Experience You Bring


  • 4+ years of demonstrable professional experience working in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Proven experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Search and Shopping
  • Experience executing and planning campaigns for international markets, including understanding market nuances when it comes to keyword, creative, and landing page strategy
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Strong familiarity in Excel/Google Sheets and deep understanding of web-based data and metrics with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages for better search performance
  • Experience with A/B testing creative assets and different bidding strategies
  • Strong leadership & communications skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Self-starter, get it done mentality
