Nikabot is a check in tool that allows time tracking for teams on Slack or Microsoft Teams. It uses a chatbot to collect data in a non-intrusive, low effort approach for happier and healthier teams! It helps companies that need to know accurately how much time is spent on each project, without the pain of having to chase people around to fill in their timesheets. It's great for agencies and project-oriented teams.

What we are looking for?


We are looking for a Product Manager for Nikabot. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge in working as a strategic problem-solver who will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing, including managing the product throughout the Product Life Cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, all while achieving the company's goals. This is a full-time position.


Your day to day might look like this:


  • Work with your product squad, together with product designers and engineers to discover relevant problems;
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify the most impactful opportunities for improvement; prioritize product initiatives, and define success;
  • Talk to our customers and users directly to hear first hand how they feel about the product and what are their pain points;
  • Lead your squad to shape both long-term strategy and define upcoming roadmaps and sprints;
  • Drive product delivery with agility, produce awesome documentation for all parties involved throughout the process;
  • Expose your hypothesis and action plans to validate them to internal and external stakeholders, while making all excited with the discovery process;
  • Monitor the market closely to understand how customers are addressing their problems with other products, collect market input and disseminate your knowledge in the company.

Your must haves:


  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager/owner in a startup or leadership role in a bigger organization;
  • Extensive experience working within product teams
  • Strong understanding of your area?s technology and use these to ensure product decisions are made within those constraints;
  • Experience in shipping user-facing features or products;
  • Empathy towards users and stakeholders;
  • Focus on the problem and on trying to address it;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good level of spoken and written English.

Set yourself apart:


  • Experience working in a agile / scrum environment;
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS and/or Marketplaces;
  • Having interest and working experience across Marketing, Customer Support, QA, and Engineering;
  • Professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Be a good person with common sense at heart (we mean it).
