Vortal?s global customer support and sales on the supplier side is led by our Business Network Team, which we are reinforcing. Delivering pioneer solutions and valuable services on top of open data, market intelligence and procurement interoperability, this unit has the mission to improve customer experience and help SMEs working with the public and private sector, nationally and internationally, increasing the number of business opportunities, improve competitiveness and maximize their commercial performance.

We do our mission by a customer success approach, specialized by market clusters, to manage the full customer journey from onboarding to customer loyalty, with the help of an external partner with focus on ensuring customer success and satisfaction, and increasing the annual recurring revenue.

In this role you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and develop expertise about customers from different sectors of activity, in a multi-national context, and think upstream to provide clients with new services and solutions and enable them to become long-term users and ambassadors. We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer success, in a hybrid human-digital approach, pursuit goals and knows what it means to go ?above and beyond? to delight our broad community of clients.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise about customer clusters expectations, collecting information and contacting clients;
Monitor customer portfolio engagement and usage to implement animation activities;
Plan, implement and monitor customer care, customer success and sales activity;
Pursuit the objectives of upsell and cross sell sales to customers;
Collaborate in the management of the customer success team (internal and external partner);
Challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities to increase value and process efficiency;
Work together with marketing setting and tuning customer journey activities to increase customer loyalty.

Education

Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences or equivalent.

Experience

Recent Graduate/Master;
Experiences in working inside a Sales Department and a Commercial team is valorized.
