OLX, a leading Online Classifieds Company, is looking for a Finance Systems Service Desk Coordinator with a Project-mindset to join our Finance in Transformation Team. You will work in a growing agile, cross-functional team of 40+ people with a global scope.

As our Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for Coordinating the Support for Enterprise Systems within the organization. As part of this vision, you will work closely with our Global Business IT Teams, Enterprise Architecture Team and Global Process Owners to support day-to-day requests and deliver ongoing Project Support.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate Identification and Categorization of Incidents According to their Urgency as they Arrive
• Ensure Analyze, Respond and Solution to the Incident in the Proposed Deadlines
• Implement and Develop Support Services for New System/Application
• Contribute to Build and to Maintain the Service Desk using IT Best Practices, acting as an ITIL "Ambassador" in the Organization with Strong Focus on Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Continues Improvement Approach Supporting Services for Finance Application Worldwide
• Interact with External Partners providing Support Services for OLX Finance Organization
• Take Part in Definition and Implementation of Processes regarding Application/System Maintenance and Development
• Service Level Management Approach, building Solid KPIs and Dashboards to Ensure SLA attainment and Users Satisfaction
• Act as Escalation Contact when Necessary
• Work Closely with the Service Desk Manager to be a Strong Operational Leader

Who we are looking for:

• +2 years' experience as IT Service Desk Coordinator (ideally in application support) / +5 years' experience in IT Services
• Bachelor's in Information Systems or equivalent is a plus
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certificate is mandatory
• Excellent Leadership
• Experience in Working with Remote Teams and External Partners
• Experience in Support of Global Application/Systems (ideally for finance area)
• Working Knowledge for ITIL Processes, Procedures and ITSM Tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy is mandatory
• Experience with Implementing ServiceNow Solutions and ServiceNow Certification will be an Asset
• Knowledge in Prepare and Execute Training to the Key Users
• Ability to Write User Documentation and Manuals in Comprehensible Terms
• Very Good Analytical Skills, Ability to Analyze Data and Produce Reports
• High Level Communication Skills ? You Will Work with Different Organizations, People, Units and Countries
• Advanced Excel Skills will be an Asset
• Knowledge regarding DevOps will be an Asset
