As an IT Manager for Solution Development Services, you will be responsible for managing Infineon?s ERP development team.
In your new role you will:

• Manage the development and enhancement of Infineon?s global ERP application landscape according to the development and quality framework;
• Contribute to Infineon?s development and solution testing framework ;
• Consult functional lines and projects in regards to enhancements, solution architecture, resource planning, quality guidelines and sourcing strategy;
• Frontend, backend and workflow development for Infineon?s main ERP business solutions, such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.;
• Be responsible for the development of your team so their skills and capabilities meet the needs of the organization and personal career goals;
• Build proactive, responsive relationships with IT team members and business users to understand upcoming business needs;
• Manage resource allocation, capacity usage and delivery of the development team;
• Manage work efforts of team members and provide mentorship and guidance to encourage success and growth.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant field;
• At least 5 years of development experience , preferably in SAP S/4HANA environment;
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience , incl. responsibility for team development, performance reviews, mentoring programs, etc.;
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems, ABAP development, Fiori and UI5 , and a good understanding of SAP functional areas , such as FI, SD, MM, PP;
• The ability to collaborate with developers, functional and business analysts , as well as cross-functional business colleagues;
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments ? Shared Services would be an advantage;

• Fluency in English and solid communication skills.
