We are looking for a technology recruitment superstar to come and use their expertise and experience in recruiting technology and operations talent in a fast paced, international environment, supporting exponential business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Lisbon and be the first technology recruiter in the company. You will partner with our Infrastructure, Technology Operations, Software Development, Engineering & Product and Operations leads in London, Lisbon, Moscow & Manila to ensure the recruitment team is finding creative ways to connect with local and global tech communities to hire the right talent, in the right time.
This role sits in the HR team and reports to the Global Resourcing Manager. This is a very hands on position in a very busy in house recruitment team. This person will support and manage the end to end recruitment process for the Technology function from managing offers, arranging interviews, leading assessments and supplier briefings as well as acting as a central point of contact for all internal and external technology recruitment queries.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your knowledge and experience to recruit for the technology and operations function with ownership of the end to end recruitment life cycle including any recruitment administration required.
  • Candidate attraction and engagement whilst collaborating with your wider resourcing team.
  • Joining our technology recruitment team you will work independently and autonomously whilst partnering with local hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Help the resourcing team reduce agency usage by finding innovative and creative ways to fill jobs directly and by promoting employee referrals.
  • Define packages and presenting/negotiating offers.
  • Ongoing pipelining of top talent candidates against anticipated future needs of the business.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to assess candidate?s abilities. Conduct interviews using a combination of various methods including structured interviews, technical assessments and Psychometric findings.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment inbox.
  • Work with the Resourcing and HR team to ensure organisational charts, HR data, reports and statistics are updated.
  • Ad hoc projects related to recruitment ? e.g.: process improvements, university hiring, recruitment marketing, talent pooling, HR Analytics.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meet-ups to network with technology professionals.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Ideally, 3 years+ IT or Technology recruitment experience as a Tech Recruiter in a fast paced tech startup or similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech roles.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques as well as a developed network in the Portuguese technology market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and local legislation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, persuading and presentation skills. Have the ability to converse confidently, build relationships at all levels and present a professional image to senior managers and candidates alike.
