Coworking is a key part of Selina?s brand and locations - here digital nomads meet and get stuff done. The cowork department is in charge of designing the experience, making sure the coworks are up to standard and collaborate with other departments and teams around the world to create an ecosystem and unforgettable experience

The main goal of this internship is supporting the Global Head of Cowork in getting all spaces to standard across the world. This is a combination of creating an elaborate plan, collaborating with Selina general managers and teams in different continents and overseeing and project managing the execution of the plan. You will be responsible for the roll-out of our standards plan and ensuring the deadlines are met for each country.

A great opportunity for the right candidate to learn how to manage a project of this size and work with many cultures.

Key skills needed:

• 
  Be currently enrolled in the university with the possibility of getting and internship protocol / agreement
• Resourcefulness & problem-solving skills
• Solid time management skills
• Great communication skills and ability to work with different cultures
• Bonus - A passion for coworking and digital nomads
• Academic level required: Bachelor's degree. Masters preferred.
• No academic specialization needed, however, a business and project management background is preferred.
• Some previous work experience required - preferably with fast paced environments
• Language: Fluent English required, Spanish is a bonus.
