General description:
We are looking for a Cloud Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions, specifically in AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud, to join the Energy Management Cloud Development team of EDP Comercial. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment of a cloud platform that collects, stores and analyzes energy data (consumption and solar production) for EDP Comercial's customers.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you're also familiar with Agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you.
The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software;
• Writing clean, functional code on the front-end and back-end;
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.

Looking for people with the following requirements:
Mandatory:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field;
• 3 to 5 years with proven experience as a Full Stack Developer;
• Proven experience with Node.JS;
• Experience in REST API development;
• Experience developing on AWS:

o Expertise in AWS SDK for JavaScript (Node.JS);
o Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, Lambda, EC2, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS or Route53;

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Organizational skills;
• An analytical mind.

Desirable:

• Strong project management;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications;
• Knowledge of Angular (JavaScript framework);
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery);
• Familiarity relational databases such as MySQL;
• AWS Certifications:

o AWS Certified Developer - Associate;
o AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate;
