German-speaking Technical Advisor based in Lisbon The company Welcome to an American multinational technology corporation that develops, licenses, supports and sells computer software and, more recently, digital marketing software.

The role As a Technical Customer Advisor, together with your colleagues, you have to help customers in every situation and try to resolve or escalate issues. Support is provided via incoming calls, chat and email, in German and English.

This is your new job in Lisbon if

• You are native or proficient in German and fluent in English (minimum level C1)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are able to work from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm in a shift system (160h / month).
• You are open to learn
• You are EU resident or you have a valid work permit

**Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus!

Your day to day at the office

• Assist German and English-speaking customers via inbound calls, Social Media and email
• Support with software installation
• Process customer inquiries
• Solve users concerns
