French- speaking Customer Advisor (Lisbon Back Office)

This is a great Customer Service position with lots of room to express brand quality, engage audiences and feed a creative hub focused on Customer Care.


The role Your mission is to provide a service of excellence, delivering relevant solutions for customers via email. Together with your colleagues, your main responsibility is to assist French-speaking clients with their banking queries, taking care of back office operations.


This is your new job in Lisbon if

  • You have native level of French (with excellent writing)
  • You have great communication skills, coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
  • You hold first class interpersonal skills
  • You are the best in time management
  • You are able to start working for the project by the end of September
  • You are EU resident or you have a valid work permit
*Previous experience in Financial or Banking institutions is a plus!
Your day to day at work
  • Provide support on customers banking queries, primarily through email
  • Perform other tasks related to the banking activity, according to the needs of the project
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other sensible data
