French-speaking Financial Sales Advisor based in Lisbon

The company Our customer is the only consumer credit web platform in Europe that has a bank license. This model allows investors to directly finance consumer credit from individuals. The group has over 150 employees up to date and has financed over ? 500 million in loans.

The role Your mission is to assist customers who have a pre-accepted request in the entity via outbound/inbound calls. Your responsibility is to identify potential and incremental sales opportunities to maximise revenue.

This is your new job in Lisbon if

• You have Native level French and you are fluent in English (minimum level C1)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are comfortable working in a highly commercial results driven environment
• You are analytical
• You have a commercial mindset
• You are a EU citizen or you have a valid work permit

**Previous experience in Customer Service or credit recovery is a plus!

Your day to day at work

• Advise and answer clients questions about the product
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments
• Manage emails of inquiries, incidents, and claims of customers
• Receive and classify the requests and documentation of new clients
• Provide support in the integration and adaptation of business processes
• Collect information for the entity's area of operations
• Upsell and cross-sell using the company portfolio (for example: selling an Insurance related to the credit)
