Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager, is the Finance Business Partner to the VP/GM of the Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) Business Unit, and a member of the Clinical Supply Solutions Leadership Team. The position`s main focus is to provide finance partnership on creation of, and execution against the Annual Operating Plan, manage the financial forecast across all services within the business unit, and ensure pertinent financial controls within the procurement and sale processes.
The position is home based, flexible on location within EMEA/North America.
Your responsibilities:

  • Finance Partner of the VP/GM of the Clinical Supply Solutions Business Unit
  • Full responsibility in preparing the Annual Operating Plan, across 3 service lines (Clinical Supply Optimization, Clinical Ancillary Management, Comparator Souring)
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models to support decision making
  • Stakeholder management across all geographic regions globally (NA, EMEA, APAC)
  • Ensure and maintain robust processes through the procurement and finance admin teams, to ensure financial controlling and compliance
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, support on CSS related financial reconciliation process during month, quarter and year-end processes.
  • Liaise with the regional and Divisional controllership on complex issues to ensure proper accounting treatment related to the CSS Organisation
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance organization representing CSS services on enterprise level Client agreements
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
  • Management responsibilities in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrates the company vision
Your profile:
  • Strong business finance experience, preferably in a business partnership role
  • High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred
  • Life Sciences Industry experience
