SAFTI is a French network of independent real estate agents, with close to 5,000 consultants.

SAFTI has disrupted the real estate transactions market, removing the physical agencies and focusing on proximity with its final clients thanks to independent real-estate agents covering all the territory.

The company experienced an outstanding growth in France since its creation 10 years ago.

After opening in Spain in 2018, SAFTI successfully launched in Portugal end of 2019 where it counts more than 100 consultants.

To reach its ambitious goals here in Portugal, SAFTI now looks for a Country Manager - with a deep knowledge of the real estate market.

Main responsabilities:

• Manage and work with the team at the headquarters (sales administration, recruitment, training) to reach the 2 main objectives :

• Boost the real-estate consultants network growth

• Improve the sales per consultant

• Interact regularly with the Management team of SAFTI Group in France

• 
  Successfull career of 10 years minimum in the real estate market, with a development track-record: opening agencies, creating and recruiting teams of consultants...
• Multilevel Marketing (MLM) experience / deep understanding
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with several interlocutors: Management in France or Spain, real estate consultants, external service providers
• Good level of French or fluent English
