To reinforce our teams, we are recruiting an IT Culture and Communications Manager.

What profile are we looking for to join our team?

• Studied economics, marketing or communication at the level of bachelor or higher;
• Minimum three years of professional experience in an internal or external marketing environment;
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and with accountability;
• Eye on the detail and ideally experience in the field of photo and video editing;
• Good understanding of "every" IT service (empathy rather than technical skills), and can

quickly familiarize yourself with new topics;

• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team;
• Ability to communicate effectively to all end-user levels as well as top management

regarding complex topics, in a simple and target-group specific way;

• Native-speaker level command of English with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills.

What will be your responsibilities and main challenges?

• Conduct activities in the areas of Culture and Communications Management;
• Support in central marketing planning and ensure that all communication activities are

aligned with the objectives defined;

• Creation of articles for the internal news centre;
• Creation of concepts and postings for internal as well as external social media channels;
• Creation of content for different channels, from content research and independent writing to final coordination;
• Creation and revision of PowerPoint presentations with corporate design;
• Support in building and maintaining communities.
