My Cuistot was founded in 2015 in Paris to help people to eat better and easier. We cook and deliver healthy food, 100% homemade, mainly in France and the USA. We partner with a network of independent chefs who do shopping, cook and organise deliveries for our customers. Thanks to this network we can produce 100% custom dishes, standard diet and healthy meals for a great cost.

The founder, Guillaume Manca, was managing the business alone but now needs to hire key position people to sustain the growth and respond to the growing demand.

He is building a team of 3 key people (marketing/sales, web development, operations)

Position Description

You will have high responsabilites for a trainee, working hand to hand with the founder. You will have to learn fast, be organized, work hard, and be ready to socialize with the team ! Guillaume?s other businesses are managed in the same office, you will be working with other people working on other businesses.

Your tasks will be:

• Customer Service by phone and emailing

• Quality follow up and improvement on product/packaging

• Quality follow up and improvement on logistic

• Product enhancement (website and app) working with the web developer

You must:

- have an interest in packaging and logistic

- be fluent in French and English

- have a good knowledge of Excel

You must be available from April 2021.
