Vestas Global Procurement is responsible for all procurement activities within Vestas, including negotiations and contract management, development of end-2-end cost out initiatives, commodity strategy development and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities
You will join an innovative team with a very high level of strategic exposure within Vestas. Your working day will be characterised by a high activity level and requirement to engage in, handle and prioritise multiple different projects. Overall expected deliverables include:

• Full ownership of a sub-commodity
• Participation in strategy and roadmap development
• Support the introduction of our new platforms
• Risk management and capacity planning

Qualifications

• You have a degree in either Supply Chain Management, Finance/Accounting, Sales/Marketing, Engineering and hold minimum 3 years of work experience within Strategic Purchasing
• Great communication skills including fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Proven record of good stakeholder management skills incl. experience with communication
• Advanced skills within PPT, Excel, and Word are a must
• SAP experience is an added value but not a requirement
