International company that offers logistic solutions, management services, warehousing facilities and transportation is now looking for a Global Process Analyst Record to Report to join the Global Business Finance team.

About the role:

The Global Process Analyst will be responsible for the design and coordination of the process for the global Chart of Accounts. Reporting to the Global Process this role will assist in the improvement of all finance processes hierarchy as well as prepare and maintain process documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Document Management File Structure
• In charge of process design documentation, design principles, practices and detailed work desk procedures;
• Work with the Regional Shared Services and Business Finance on the adoption of the Global Design;
• Actively work with the Global Project Management Office, Global Process Owners and key stakeholders to continually develop and improve the finance processes

For this position, we require profiles with 3+ years of experience in a global shared service center. For these roles its required to have advance knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems and a Preferred bachelor?s degree in Finance, Economics or another relevant subject. Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills are mandatory.

Fluency in English is mandatory, other European languages are a plus.
