Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
adidas Global Business Services (GBS) is the engine to drive the transformation to ONE adidas. It is the company's operational backbone, through delivering standard global services, focusing on enhancing customer user experience, and providing consistent skills and quality.
We are looking to fill this role with a candidate that will create and maintain content within adidas Purchasing systems and provide support to the Non-Trade Procurement organization to ensure Content is created based on data-driven analysis of purchasing behavior by business. You are eager to learn and have a creative mindset to think of different solutions for PO automation and creating content to guide users to the right and most efficient buying channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintenance of eCatalogues and eMarketplaces in adidas purchasing systems (Ariba and Coupa) for Europe, North America and Latin America
Monthly analysis of non-trade purchases orders to calculate automation rate and identify improvement opportunities
Direct cooperation with Category Managers and buyers in e-Procurement projects and automation consulting
Onboarding and contact with new catalogs suppliers
Direct cooperation with IT support in order to implement solutions in Ariba
Ariba content set up (forms, category tiles, RFQs, preferred suppliers)
Collaborate with suppliers over Ariba Network to exchange information, gather quotes, and boost competition for procurement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong capability to independently interact with different stakeholders
Good understanding of Purchasing systems and management of Content within those systems
Knowledge of contract management, compliance management and analytics
Eagerness to learn and an analytical mindset
Good knowledge of project management and planning
Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management
Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba and Coupa (nice to have)
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, procurement or legal, or comparable professional education.
2 to 4 years of general business experience, preferably in Procurement area
