The Role:

As Finance Trainee @MOBIPIUM, your mission is to help the financial team to provide quality information to management for decision making. Your main responsibility is to guarantee the quality of accounting records, to ensure the quality of financial and management accounting.

We?re looking for intelligent, versatile people, who combine creativity with analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Classify and post documents in bookkeeping software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV);
• Execution of regular support activities such as internal and external billing cost controlling, and posting;
• Current account analysis and reconciliations;
• Fixed assets accounting management, data, and control;
• Compliance with tax obligations and quality of final data (IVA, IRC, taxes, etc);
• Analysis and reporting of financial indicators;
• Financial control of P&L;
• Give all support for the monthly and yearly closing accounts;
• Provide all necessary support to external audits;
• Other administrative topics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is not required. MOBIPIUM is a formative company investing in the training of the talent hired;
• Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics or similar;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge is considered a plus.
