Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Controller Trainee, who will have the following responsibilities:
- Participation in accounting closings;
- Implementation of project cost control tool;
- Participation in the preparation of results presentations;
- Adhoc analyses;
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines;
- Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts;
- Help in the development of reports for management;
- Assist in identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems;
- Help to ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting processes;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and internal control documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
- English is mandatory (French is a plus);
- Ideally having a first experience in management control and a good background in accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, namely Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
