We are looking for an Applications Project Manager. This person will provide global leadership and manage the execution of several complex and high profile global IS/IT projects, being supported by a multi-locational team, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end program/projects and Manage success of the projects
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Update timelines, develop risk management, report status, and manage cross functional interfaces to ensure milestones are met for all projects
  • Follow the stage gate process and ensure all gate documents are prepared and submitted for approval
  • Coordinate multidiscipline and worldwide teams. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Run project team meetings to drive completion of tasks, work through bottlenecks, assess risks and raise issues to leadership
  • Ensure regular communication across different teams (including progress reports and risk management). Manage issue resolution and escalation of problems identified
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Clear understanding of IT. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
The Skills And Capabilities We Are Looking For Include:
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall methodology and familiarity with Agile concepts
  • Knowledge on Business Applications and ERP?s
  • A proven track records in leading complex programs involving the coordination and delivery of multiple projects. Consulting experience is preferred
  • Experience in IT collaboration and project management tools like Office 365, MS Project Professional, Teams
  • Excellent people skills, to develop and maintain good and robust working relationships with all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written
