Job Description

You will be in charge of the user support and the data quality of the Identity Repositories and the Whites Pages application.

Repositories Domains manages Central Repositories within Natixis and for some topics BPCE (employees, foreign exchange rates, countries, applications?).

Porto A&I Repositories is a multi-disciplinary team gathering :

  • Development : most on Java supported by 1 Tech Lead but also on Angular and COBOL
  • Support to users
  • Testing
  • The team has now 9 team members and works closely with Paris teams.

SEPIA Repositories team manages the repositories of:

  • Structures (hierarchical for orgcharts, analytical for Finance and risks management or juridical),
  • Environment (like countries, rates, nomenclature, forex rates),
  • Products (products marketed by Natixis in a finance or risks point of view),
  • Identities (employees) ,
  • Applications.

You will integrate the SEPIA Team, specifically on the support of Identities part, that contains:

  • People repository: contains the data of every person who works in the Natixis group and in BPCE SA.
  • Virtual Identity repository.
  • Organizational structures repository.
  • Roles repository.
  • Buildings repository.
  • White Pages & org charts applications (exclusively based on the data of the repositories above).

Qualifications


Main Technical Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in an IT Engineering or similar technical discipline preferred.
  • Working experience in a product support role directly assisting and interacting with clients to address support questions.
  • Experience organizing/tracking your users relationships and you know how to leverage data to increase client engagement/satisfaction and applications efficiency.
  • Excel and data manipulation.
  • SQL
  • BPMN (nice to have)
  • Strong organizational (methodical), interpersonal (co-operative, constructive and open-minded), problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Fluent French ( Mandatory)
  • Good level of English
  • Able to be quickly autonomous, proactive
  • Past experience on similar position ( 3 years )
  • A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others , and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
  • Team spirit, client-oriented spirit and good analyzing skills
  • Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.

Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
