The Company
Industrial company is recruiting a Management Controller to be partner/advisor to the site manager on financial and technical/industrial control issues.
Main Responsabilities

  • Participation at the month-end reporting supporting the Administrative & Financial Manager
  • Variance analysis on month end results and corrective action implementation
  • Preparation of forecast/budget
  • Participation and coordination of multidisciplinary teams (control and continuous reduction of costs).
  • Participate in activities aimed at the Control and Continuous Reduction of Costs, increasing productivity and efficiency in the use of assets (Inventories, equipment, etc.).
  • Assist in the evaluation of Improvement Projects and improvement implementation plans.
  • Supervise control of stocks of materials and of finished and intermediate products.
  • Analyse monthly reports of "stocks and consumptions" and carry out a balance of actual vs. theoretical material consumption. Verify consumptions and stocks against physical counts. Analysis of inconsistencies
  • Support sales teams in their tender preparation, check projects margin prior to order acceptance
  • Preparation and analysis of Performance Indicators (KPI?s)
  • Cash culture development with all departments
  • Products benchmark with other sites of the group
  • Costing, cost control and reduction: record, determination and control of historical and standard costs
  • Validation and control of Investments in Capital Assets (payback analysis and follow up)
  • Implementation of Group procedures, internal controls
Requirements
  • Master?s degree in accounting or finance
  • 5-year experience in an industrial environment
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Good level of English, Spanish appreciated
  • At ease with IT tools (excel, knowledge of SAP B1) and figures
