Job description

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will support the processes within the Americas region team, ensuring quality and effectiveness, securing compliance, and providing accurate information and timely reporting.
In your new role you will:

• 
  Analyze invoices and match them with the Purchase Order data;
• Gather needed approvals for invoice processing;
• Prepare third parties payment run;
• Extract and analyze reports for vendor reconciliation;
• Contact vendors for balances dispute and standard payment inquiries.

Your Profile

You are result-oriented and have a structured and self-driven working style that supports your high-quality standards. You are willing to think ahead and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You have excellent communication skills and a cooperative approach towards teammates.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• 
  A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent field;
• 1-3 year of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable;
• Good knowledge and experience with MS Office tools, such as Excel and Outlook;
• Experience in SAP finance module is a great advantage;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
