Intelcia Portugal is looking for a knowledgeable Management Controller to join our team in Lisbon!

Missions:
In charge of the reporting to the Central Group Management Control department. The key missions of the role will include:
-Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts;
-Tracking the budget expenses by cost/profit center;
-Highlighting the trends and unexpected variances actual Vs budget;
-Maintaining the control over the reliability of the data;
-Analyzing and following-up on key performance indicators in relation with the operational managers;
-Assisting the monthly closing process and the production of the P&L;
-Supporting the operational managers to steer the profitability;
-Analyzing the monthly Payroll;
-Ad hoc reporting and analysis;
-Contributing to diverse studies and financial projections when it?s required among the Group.

Qualifications and skills:
-Master degree in Management control, Finance or Accounting;
-Minimum 3 years? experience as a management controller;
-English and Portuguese speaker;
-Mastery of Office tools, particularly Advanced Excel (knowledge of PowerBI is valued);
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
-Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills;
-Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
