What will your day look like?

As our new Finance Assistant, you will primarily be concerned with finance related assignments. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Driving daily routine tasks, accounting, payroll reconciliation, etc.
• Managing bank reconciliations
• Assisting on balance reconciliations
• Participating in control of vouchers and personal expenses
• Participating in months-end closing
• Responding to inquiries from the organization
• Creditor and debtor control
• Invoicing
• Ad hoc tasks.

Wunderman Thompson MAP is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand. You will become part of a flat organization that is growing at a fast pace, with this being an opportunity for you to challenge yourself while learning at the same time.

Joining us remotely, you will become part of our Finance Team, consisting of 12 people, all based out of Copenhagen. Even though we often work to meet deadlines, help is never far away, and we always do our best to have fun at the same time.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are positive and an outgoing team-player. In a busy work environment with many tight deadlines, you are structured and result-oriented, and take responsibility and ownership of all your tasks. Most importantly, you thrive in an environment that is characterized by a combination of routine work and ad hoc tasks. In addition, you to have:

• A relevant office education/training
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Assistant
• A good understanding of Excel
• A high degree of flexibility and the ability to maintain the overview
• Good communication skills in English.
