Your new Role
You will report to the Finance SSC Head and you will contribute to the definition and management of a planning and management control system able to ensure the company achieves its business results, through the coordination of the budgeting process, assessment and analysis of results. It contributes to the operational finance activities, around P2P, O2C and A2R processes and acts as first point of contact for the BPO for finance related matters, providing review and approvals and ensuring finance processes are conducted smoothly and with high quality, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, as well as with specific company policies and accounting principles.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a talented professional with five years of experience as controller or FP&A (or in similar roles), in a multinational environment. Experience in Big4 is a plus. The Knowledge of OLAP cube and Power BI are a must have for this role For your success, you should have an advanced level of English (written and spoken -mandatory) and a good knowledge of Spanish or French is desirable. We are looking for a Talent with strong communication, intellectual curiosity, problem solving, resiliency and with the ability to work in a decentralised finance structure.
