Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Statutory & Legal Entity Specialist to join the Company with a fixed term contract of 12 months and to be based in Lisbon. Among the duties:

• Support and preparation of statutory accounts to send to Deloitte (US GAAP to Local GAAP)

• Consolidate tax and statutory reports, and local statutory disclosure notes for the Financial Statements reports

• Consolidate and report all information requested from Deloitte

• Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation

• Contact point with external auditors and tax inspectors to provide needed information

• Support in the preparation of all needed information to report -» Tax over Pharma and Tax over Medical Devices

• Perform analysis of current VAT tax rates applied to portfolio and identify potential areas of improvement

• Advise Finance Leads identifying risks and opportunities in terms of tax obligations

• Prepare all Debit Notes between the Portuguese Companies, require validation and approval and send to Intercompany team

• Supports general accounting.

• Prepares journal entries associated with duties.

• Assists with Operational Expenses tracking and control

• Assists with Fixed Assets tracking and control

• Prepares ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed, has flexibility and open mindset to find the best solutions for Finance Leads and for the Business.

• Around 2 Years of working Experience in relevant roles;
• Good level of knowledge of general accounting and fiscal obligations;
• University Degree or Equivalent;
• Fluent in English and in Portuguese both written and spoken.
