Job Description

We are looking for a Nordic speaker to an international technology company in Lisbon - do you speak either Finnish or Norwegian, and have experience working as a trainer?

Our partner company is a renowned global IT service and consulting company, presently developing their tech footprint in Lisbon (Parque das Nações). As a Finnish or Norwegian speaking Trainer, you will be managing one or more key stakeholder accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing supplier expectations, outgoing and with strong presentation skills, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.


Requirements

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Great presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage an audience group (address, engage, inform and interact, lead)
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with other functions
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities
  • Creative bend of mind

** Prior customer / contact center experience mandatory

Domain Experience:

  • Subject matter expert - OTC

Technical / Application:

  • Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
  • Prior experience working with process mining tools like Celonis, etc.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Mandatory prior experience in training delivery
  • Content Development ? Ability to create / revise/ update training documents and developmental courses
  • Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Set up a training need identification framework in discussion with management.
  • Set up a framework for regular refresher training sessions in alignment to training needs identified

Education:

  • Accounting Graduates with PGDBM/ MBA (Finance)

Relevant Experience:

3-4 Years

Shift timings:

Local Time Zone
8AM to 5 PM
