We create connected commerce experiences through Consulting, Capabilities and Creative development, helping brands to thrive in eBusiness.We are now looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Consulting team.

The role

The Senior Consultant will be reporting to one or more Account Director(s) and will be responsible for structuring and delivering projects for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Client management including leading client meetings and guiding internal & external teams through next steps to achieve the project objectives
• Lead Consulting and Capability projects for specific clients according to the guidance from the respective Account Director
• Business and data analysis to generate insights and strategic recommendations
• Compose strategic documents and presentations as key deliverables to the client
• Prepare and run workshops, webinars and trainings
• Identify new project opportunities with existing clients
• Work in close collaboration (remotely or, when safe to do so, physically at the office) with other team members to achieve common objectives
• Creative project management in collaboration with our Creative team
• Develop internal research, analysis and knowledge

What you need to succeed

• Strong personal leadership and sense of ownership
• Solid understanding and experiences in project management
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thinking outside the box and having a can-do attitude to provide solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
• Be proactive in response to client needs to ensure our services are timely and of the highest quality
• Be open to learn, collaborate, inspire and innovate
• Experience working across multicultural teams
• Be at the forefront of innovation with a strong passion for digital

Your experience

• Minimum 5 years? experience in a multinational organisation (Sales or Marketing), or Consultancy (combination of both is a plus)
• You are a master of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have experience with HubSpot, Basecamp and Monday.com
• Flexible, with a great team spirit
• Client orientated
• Fluency in English (additional EU languages are plus)
• Available and able to travel if needed
