Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Plan and execute the implementation of projects to improve logistics processes considering the optimization of costs, service level and quality;

  • Supervise the implementation of optimizations in material and information flow in logistics activities, from the supplier to the customer;

  • Ensure the continuity of implementation and sustainability of new and improved processes through teams training, CIP's monitoring and management tools;

  • Participate in purchasing activities with external partners (suppliers of services or products) in order to effectively implement projects to improve defined logistics processes;

  • Reduce inventory deviations through COGI analysis group;

  • Define the packaging for Bosch Components and the process of acquiring returnable packaging for the factory;

  • Define business requirements with the IT department, ensuring that every solution adheres to the regulations, laws and norms applied;

  • Coordinate the definition of test plans, participate in meetings regarding test status and support the definition of priorities and test execution;

  • Resolve incidents in the system as a whole, keeping the system available and performing in good conditions;

  • Support the definition of the department budget by estimating the costs of future projects;

  • Key User in WM, SD and PP SAP modules.


Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering or similar;
  • 3+ years of experience;
  • Knowledge on SAP, specially WM, SD and PP SAP modules;
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project);
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Results oriented and pro-active attitude;
  • Problem solving mindset;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail.
