We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Online Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to join our Metasearch Partnerships team. As an experienced (Senior) Online Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and optimize our channel strategy in all Flix markets for our products (FlixTrain and FlixBus). More than being part of a dynamic team, you will participate in bringing Flixbus to the next stage, and thus you will have a direct influence on its success.

Your Tasks ? Paint the world green

  • Negotiate partnerships with key distribution channels (i.e., online travel agencies, marketplace platforms, metasearch etc.).
  • Develop a perspective and framework around channel and partner prioritization.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end integration of a channel; ensuring that our content (i.e. availability, rates, inventory) is making it to the end consumer.
  • Grow the profit associated with the meta program through superior campaign management and project management.
  • Overall management of meta marketing program for a portfolio of partners, partnering with product, supply and other marketing stake holders.
  • Exploratory analysis of data and strategies to drive campaign performance improvements.
  • Designing meta marketing tests to drive overall campaign performance and influence roadmap for the team.
  • Build meta transaction volume and efficiency forecasts as part of the budget planning process.
  • Investigate and implement new technologies, services, automation capabilities, and/or vendor solutions that enhance the portfolio.

Your Profile ? Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor/Master?s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Cultural Science, Applied Linguistics, or similar
  • Several years of experience with significant results in driving business development through online partnerships (specific ecommerce, travel industry, marketing experience ideally)
  • Deep cross-functional project management skills; onboarding new demand channels takes coordination across several Sonder teams.
  • Ability to understand and project manage complex technical integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and campaign performance analysis skills
  • Passion for using data to make decisions
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint and SQL are a plus)
  • An interest in solving problems / genuine curiosity about how consumers make decisions
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
