Join our GBS team as Financial Controller for Support Functions - German Speaker and help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our customers! Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!

What role will you play?
Close cooperation with the controlling team in the home country (Germany) to support customers
Quarterly forecast and budget alignment according with Siemens? guidelines
Monthly reporting of Costs and Headcount
Analysis of deviations in Costs and Headcounts
Manage purchasing topics in alignment with controllers, function and supplier
Align and execute internal and cross-company charges and respective monitoring
Ensure the required reports are prepared and delivered with accuracy and in a timely manner based on the Function/Unit needs
Point of contact for the first level of clarification regarding the activities mentioned above
Support on internal processes, collection and analytics of data, planning and decision making
Deliver any ad-hoc tasks related to the overall controlling activities (maintain savings reporting, costs controlling, guarantee guidelines are followed, etc)
Get to know the business and interfaces to enhance, harmonize and improve processes.
How does that sound? Our perfect candidate must have?
University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in finance, controlling and/or accounting areas
Fluent in German & English
Knowledge of SAP is highly valued
Good MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is mandatory
Communication skills and team oriented
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness
Strong strategic judgment, business competence and professional ethics
Ability to build up and maintain customer relationships
