We are looking for an Electromechanic of Motors (15-18 €) to join an experienced and enthusiastic team (with good work environment), based in Belgium.

Job responsibilities:

• Disassembly, repair and assembly of electric motors, gears and pumps: unscrewing the fasteners and disassembly of the ventilator covers, drive discs, and the rotor for easy access to the winding

• Dismantling a damaged winding: cutting off the connector at the wire ends from the external connecting element

• Measurement and control of mechanical parts: manual measurement of wire length and thickness with a micrometer or based on catalogs

• Ordering parts needed for repairs

• Re-winding new winding: disassembly of coils, reattach and attach

• Securing the wire that has been placed on the stator: varnishing with a special agent and condensation of the varnish in the furnace

• Assembly and checking of the motor: protection of contacts, regeneration of the seal and bearings

• Engines are tested and measured with measuring instruments.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and a professional diploma

• Communicative knowledge of English

• High knowledge of the principles of electromechanics

• Accuracy and commitment to the repairs performed. Available to a long-term job experience.
