To qualify for the role, you must have a master's degree in Economics/Finance/Maths (or equivalent) and strong computer-literacy skills.

What you'll do

Work with our settlement team to play an active role in all aspects of data analysis. Your work will include gathering and analysing the internal financial information. You?ll also have the opportunity to work closely with business teams across our 10+ markets and with external consultants.

As a Finance Data Analyst, you will:

• Draw insights from large data sets
• Lead the company with data to drive business solutions
• Analyze financial data and work with relevant teams to drive optimization and improvement of our products
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection of new data sources
• Maintaining and developing of insight and performance reports to give stakeholders across the company visibility into finance data
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Maths or related background
• A critical thinker with very strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good statistical knowledge and proven expertise in applying statistical solutions to business problems
• Understanding of the steps required in cleaning and transforming datasets
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Business acumen and understanding of the role of data analyst
• Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems
• Familiarity with SQL
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively ? both verbally and in writing
• Excellent skills in creating presentations and presenting effectively
