To qualify for the role you must have a university degree and strong computer-literacy skills.


What you?ll do

Work in a team to play an active role in all aspects of the definition and design of a global operating model across multiple geographies, taking into account legal, tax, commercial and regulatory constraints. Your work will include gathering and analysing the market and internal information. You?ll also have the opportunity to work closely with business teams across our 10+ markets and with external consultants.

Who you will work with

You will join our Lisbon-based finance team (Pagaqui). Our team is highly cross-functional and works across the business? European footprint. At SaltPay, you are joining a community that will challenge you and invest heavily in your professional development.

As a Finance Admnistrative you will:

  • Give support to all the administrative work within our finance department
  • Work with multiple administrative tasks and processes
  • Work with data and creating report
  • Answer Q&A inquiries from various clients
  • Liase with the Portuguese Finance Authority in all related tasks.
  • Draw insights from large data sets
  • Work with the relevant team to drive optimization and improvement of our services and products

Requirements

  • Business Administration/Management/Law/Economics/ or related background
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a related function
  • Consulting or Audit experience prefered
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A critical thinker with very strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of the steps required in cleaning and transforming datasets
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
