Main Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing
  • Payment Proposals
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Vendor Inquiries
  • Cash Advances to Suppliers Reimbursement
  • Debit Items follow-up
  • Continuous improvement and automation of PtP processes


  • Minimum experience of 4 years in procurement to pay tasks;
  • Previous experience in team management;
  • Good communication and written skills, both in Portuguese and Spanish;
  • Computer knowledge with intermediate to advanced experience.
