The Overheads Mutualized Services (OMS) team organizes and ensures the effective operation of the budgetary procedure of Group Integrated Functions; guarantees the reliability of figures during the budget process (forecasts, closing and budget preparation) and builds a synthesis view on expenses to support Group?s cost monitoring process. Additionally works with the Finance Departments of worldwide integrated functions such as Compliance, Legal and Risk to build budgets and transfer financial information from all the Business-Lines hosting Compliance, Legal and Risk costs and teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actuals, Forecast and Budget processes organization within client Functions

  • Organization and collection of data from supplying chain of Business Lines

  • Data synthesis and reporting to Paris Strategic Monitoring and Reporting Control team

  • Frequent interaction with Finance community (Finance Departments in Business Lines and integrated Functions as well)

PROFILE

  • University degree in Management, Finance or similar

  • Professional experience in Finance or related areas, at least 3 years

  • English Advanced

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Methodologies, Tools & Technologies

  • MS Office pack Advanced

  • ESSBase Desirable
