About the job role:

As a Financial and Commercial Advisor, you will have to ensure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while enjoying every day at work. By being part of the team, you will change our customer's life by providing all the information?s about our company's benefits on opting for our online credit.

Your project is the only consumer credit web platform in Europe that has a bank license. This model allows investors to directly finance consumer credit from individuals.

As a Financial and Commercial Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers who have a pre-accepted request in the entity via Outbound/Inbound calls
• Advise and answer the client questions about the product
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments
• Management of emails of inquiries, incidents, and claims of customers
• Receive and classify the requests and documentation of new clients
• Provide support in the integration and adaptation of business processes
• Collect information for the entity's area of operations.
• Commercial activities: upsell and cross-sell using the company portfolio (for ex: selling an Insurance related to the credit)

We are looking for:

• Native or proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a credit recovery experience preferred
• Commercial and Upselling skills are highly valued
• Analytical capability of the credit cycle overview is a plus
• Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit
• Loves to identify customer needs and propose quick solutions
• You would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
• For residents outside the EU, a valid work permit is required
