You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

This position involves the Coordination and management of the whole process of disputes (Snacking and Meals) regarding the responsibility of the commercial team.Management of disputes with the commercial team, disputes with or without incidence in order to ensure the approval or the complaint in case of dispute, in due time.

Your primary accountabilities would be:

  • To welcome all disputes addressed to the commercial team; To do the screening by client / KA and analyze if documents meet all the legal requirements.
  • To analyze the disputes based on: promotional plans, contract information and ad-hoc agreements provided by the Key Account. Determine whether the document issued by the customer is valid or if requires filling a complaint.
  • Present to the Key Accounts the conclusions of the analysis of disputes with the following procedure recommendations.
  • Approve in SAP the dispute after the approval of the responsible KA.
  • To grant that SAP disputes are assigned to the correct Key Account, and take the corrective action if they are not.
  • Partnering with the CS&L team.

Education / Certifications / Knowledge:

  • Degree in Management/Economy/Marketing/Computer Science/Applied Mathematics (Preferred)

Professional Experience

  • Experience in Sales 0-3 years (Preferred)
  • Experience in an Administrative role 0-2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience in Account Management 0-2 years (Preferred)

  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Preferred)
