- You have demonstrated that you are a self-starter and resourceful in reaching ambitious targets
- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data
- You are hypothesis-driven; you are able to articulate logical hypothesis in the absence of data
- You have good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have very good English skills and are a communicative team player.
- You have a Bachelor?s degree in a relevant subject
- Experience in strategy, business development or sales are a plus.
- Experience in a start-up is a plus.
- Great digital marketing skills since our business is mainly e-commerce driven

Responsibilities
You will be directly involved in analyzing and developing the growth strategy for one of our high growth markets as well as executing on a number of different projects that will help the market reach the next level:
- Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing our existing product offering and benchmarking to the competitive landscape
- Develop and test different pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability
- Identify and build key partnerships to strengthen the Emma brand
- Control operational, cross-departmental implementation projects
- Take on tasks in day-to-day operations, help shape processes and optimize them.
