About the Team

Our young and dynamic Finance Team is responsible for financial planning & analysis, finance operations, compliance, and reporting. They also formulate plans that effectively manage risks and ensure funding of strategic projects that will drive the company to the next level.
Most of the team members are based in Manila so you'll be dealing with an international team and different timezones. Nevertheless, you will report to the Head of Finance, who is based in Portugal.

About the Role

• Prepare the financial results / KPI?s dashboard / forecasts / Targets, covering all performance indicators, combining a business approach with a technical financial review for internal management and external communication.
• Develop and enhance the business? performance reporting and communicate the key drivers.
• Responsible for consistently providing reliable information with accuracy & timeliness.

• Be the owner of planning and ensure to meet all scheduled deadlines and deliverables.

• Ad hoc Analysis.

About You
You graduated in Accountancy, Economics or Management (or similar). You have 3/4 years experience in FP&A, External Audit, Financial Controlling, and/or Consolidation. You are ready to work under pressure regarding deadlines and you are awesome at managing your own priorities. You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You consider yourself a proactive and resourceful person, and you speak English almost as well as you speak Portuguese.
