ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Customer Support Agent fluent in French to represent one of our client?s that are focus mainly in Mobile Payments. Our client is a global FinTech company and their goal is to build the first-ever global card acceptance brand.

To achieve this purpose we are putting together a committed that seeks perfection.

What are you expected to do?

- Prepare yourself for a demanding job because you are going to be the voice of our company

- You are going to be the first point of contact and you are the direct link to the customers

- You will be handling customers by phone, chat and e-mail especially French-speaking customers

- You will need to master our services and products since you are going to support and clarify our customers regarding all source of questions

What skills do you need for this position?

- Be fluent in French (C1, C2) and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English (B2 level will be enough)

- Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers

- Be a good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you

- Be organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations

*The project will start from home temporarily and afterwards will be transferred to Matosinhos site.
