Position Summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services (IBS) is at the heart of the Group. We provide Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media services to enable Nestlé to engage with millions of consumers worldwide. We are passionate about delivering high quality services to support business agility and digital innovation. We are looking for a Digital and Social Media (DSM) Expansion Manager, to support the DSM growth strategy by identifying opportunities across Businesses, Zones and Markets, in view of both current and potential DSM service lines. The candidate will lead the expansion plan, ensuring continuous value generation to businesses.

A day in the life of...
  • Bring visibility to service adoption per market / category / zone and review with key stakeholders regularly;
  • Define potential, lead the identification process and consolidate opportunities (thru integrated e-business plan process, virtual tours, other engagements);
  • Explore opportunities and develop a RTM strategy to enter into new geographies;
  • Propose and drive early stage concepts based on business needs leveraging stakeholder engagements and external benchmarks;
  • Keep track of technology and service opportunities to support business growth and priorities;
  • Lead and coordinate value measurement process with procurement, e-business and solution leads;
  • Communicate and review with key stakeholders regularly.
What will make you successful
  • More than 10 years? experience in Generating Demand (preferably with e-Business or senior marketing responsibilities);
  • Experience of successfully leading teams and managing projects;
  • Experience in complex environments (multi-cultural, cross-functional, network organizations);
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Experience in managing change in the organization.
