Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

Under the overall HR Digi Program, Skill Program is building up the project team to rollout the Hitch tool to different division and countries. For utilizing the skills as strategic resource, Hitch will enable and support the organization for skills based staffing and associate development. Project team will be located in Lisbon and working with the colleagues from different departments to achieve the successful rollout of the Hitch tool which will reach out to 70.000 users by the end of 2021.

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Project Support for the Hitch rollout project to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting project management activities
  • Prepares and executes all work packages and milestones defined in the project plan
  • Ensures that tasks are completed as scheduled and reports results to project manager
  • Create and establish relationships with local implementation team and support the local team through implementation
  • Supporting virtual workshops throughout the project
  • Support local teams through any necessary testing
  • Being responsible for maintenance and support alongside working as support in the project until the whole rollouts are finished
  • Being 2nd level support and bridging country responsible and development team
  • Coordinate and support the product owner for communication through countries for any releases, upgrades and changes

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background
  • Basic knowledge in project management (waterfall / agile)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones
  • Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context
  • Very good knowledge in the use of MS-Office tools as well as tools from the agile environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset
