We are currently hiring a Quality Manager for a Digital Marketing Project.

The main purpose of the role would be to act as a Quality Manager for AdWords campaign optimization for our clients´ projects.

You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual client facing team. The team will be working onsite with and alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and assist in the success of this project. Key Responsibilities:
? Create processes and report on the top issues impacting the operations
? Monitor the queues closely and ensure all metrics are met within the agreed timeframes
? Point of contact between client AM?s and DMSers and Ops (client and own team)
? Point of contact between Operations and Quality
? Point of contact between EMEA team and India as well as BA
? Support the WFM process and work with client and Ops to enhance it
? Work closely with Quality and training team to improve processes and identify areas for
improvement
? Keep numerous documents up to date with current operational numbers
? Flexibility to support and participate in various product and client discussions
? Assure all procedures are in place and revise them frequently
? Find solutions for recurring issues raised by agents, Ops, RH, Recruitment or any other department
? Work as the SME for the product to help associates with daily work tasks
? Make sure all products update are communicated to the teams in timely matters
? Be the first POC for associates for all products support
? Coordinate with training team to ensure any gaps are filled in a timely manner
