Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

You will have the opportunity to actively influence and work on products that are changing the course of residential heating and cooling solutions. You will be part of a talented, motivated, multi-cultural and cross-functional team that fosters a culture of continuous improvement through learning and challenging of the status quo.

In collaboration with product owners and developers you will deliver conceptual prototypes, preparing and participating in UX tests, providing UI flows, mockups and visual designs for mobile and web apps. For that you will:

• Gather user and business requirements to create design solutions;
• Conduct and be involved in user research thought iterations and always strive for deliver intuitive and user-centered designs;
• Conceptualize/ explore multiple solutions for different GUI and present them to different stakeholders;
• Choose and create the right type of deliverables in order to present, test and hand-off to development;
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards within the teams;
• Review and optimize existing user interface designs by identifying and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Working daily with different teams of software developers, product owners and other designers;
• Adhere to styleguides and internal standards.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Communication Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or similar;
• Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, color and layout;
• Knowledge of User Centered Design Methods;
• Familiarity with user interface design patterns and guidelines for mobile and web apps ( iOS and Android);
• Knowledge of up to date design tools for wireframing, flow diagrams, fraction notations, storyboards, prototyping, animations, visual design (ideally with Sketch, Abstract, Invision, After Effects);
• Curiosity about new technological trends;
• Critical thinker with focus on problem solving and detail-driven;
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in an international and flexible team environment;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
