1nfluencersmarketing is hiring a customer success manager for it?s office in Porto/ Matosinhos.

1nfluencersmarketing helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology.1nfluencers software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyse their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of our SaaS software in March 2019, the company has shown a double-digit growth rate month over month and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in Copenhagen and Porto.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with our customers to become their trusted partner and to translate their business objectives into ROI. Essentially, you will be their main point of contact throughout the customer journey and will make sure their desired outcome materialises. In short, your mission is to increase and maximise value for the customer as well as for 1nfluencers.

As a member of our customer success team, you will be the problem solver and ambassador for our clients, assisting them if they run into difficulty while building value for a variety of 1nfluencers product offerings. We care about our customers? success and experience and we will go out of our way to ensure they meet their goals.

We're looking for someone who should:

  • Love and be motivated by a challenge
  • Be a problem solver
  • Proactivity, empathy and autonomy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in business English
  • Have 2+ years of proven experience involving account management for a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers, and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with complex, global customers
