We are currently looking for Customer Care Representatives - B2B - French market.

Your mission:
- Administrative tasks/emails;
- Answering client calls;
- Management of commercial and/or technical disputes;
- Contact with customers to solve pending situations;

Your profile:
- Proficient French, oral and written (compulsory and eliminatory);
- Computer skills (easily navigate between various applications);
- Effective and objective communication / active listening;
- Analytical mind;
- Client orientation/results;
- Back Office or Call Center experience (preferencial).

Monday to Saturday: 07h00 - 19h00
